*Only if good, clear references are providedI reserve the right to refuse a commission request that falls into any of the above categories. If this happens, I will do my best to give an explanation, but it is not my obligation.

Terms of Service

Summary

Below is a summary of my Terms of Service. Please see the full list before submitting a commission request.

➵ Transactions are through VGen, in Canadian dollars, or PayPal or Square invoices if contacting me directly.
➵ Please allow up to 8 weeks to complete your commission. Note that I don't work on weekends.
➵ If I cannot complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, you will receive a full refund.
➵ Prices are subject to change, most often if it will make the drawing process harder/longer.
➵ I have zero tolerance for inappropriate or discriminatory behaviour from a client. If this happens, your commission will be cancelled immediately without refund
➵ All artwork will come with a watermark which you may not remove.
➵ As the artist, I reserve full rights to the artwork. However, I will not use the artwork for any profit other than that provided by the commissioner during the commission itself.
➵ You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only. If you decide to share the artwork where other people can see it, you must credit me.

Under no circumstance are you allowed to do any of the following:

➵ Claim the artwork I make for you as your own;
➵ Claim a traced or altered copy of my artwork as your own;
➵ Use the artwork for profit;
➵ Use the artwork in a situation that makes a profit;

➵ Reproduce, copy, and/or edit the artwork without my written permission;
➵ Use the artwork for NFTs;
➵ Use the artwork to train AI;
➵ Remove my watermark.

By commissioning me, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to my full Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate cancellation of your commission without refund and a blacklist. I may pursue further action at my discretion.

I strongly encourage you to view the above Terms of Service document in its entirety before sending a commission request!
